The finished dash showing the Raymarine Multi-function E-120 Display installed into a modified NavPod housing and mounted on the specially modified dash panel. Great care and thought went into the design and modification of the dash. A custom made mold was made first, and part was made from that mold, and later inserted into existing dash to support the NavPod and the E-120 Display. Below you can see some of the work necessary to make this happen.

These images show the radical surgery that took place to create the recess for mounting the multi-function display. A custom aluminum mold was fabricated to create the recess.

A new Airmar tri-ducer was installed, complete with a high speed fairing block. Note the clean installation of the Raymarine electronic components
